Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original BIRKENSTOCK box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to an authorized UPS carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
