What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an additional integrated latex foam cushion, offering extra comfort from the very first step.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are in 'resellable' condition to qualify for a full refund.
How should I care for my cork footbeds and suede straps?
To maintain your BIRKENSTOCKS, avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight. We recommend using a suede brush to clean the straps and applying a cork sealer occasionally to prevent the cork from drying out or cracking.
Can my BIRKENSTOCK sandals be repaired or resoled?
Yes, BIRKENSTOCK products are designed to be sustainable. Many of our models can be resoled or have the footbed replaced by authorized repair shops to extend the life of your footwear.
